STANDARD™ M SARS-CoV-2 qualitatively detects SARS-CoV-2 virus infection from upper and lower repiratory sample of suspected patient. Reverse transcription real-time polymerase chain reaction (Real-time RT-PCR) is used to amplification and detection of SARS-CoV-2.

Multiplex real-time RT-PCR test for the qualitative detection of nucleic acid from the SARS-CoV-2 in upper and lower respiratory specimens collected from individuals suspected of COVID-19.
